Quotation and acceptance

An enquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Scope, price, any third-party fees and timing must be agreed in writing before acceptance. No final prices are published.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and authentic records, and check lender requirements. Do not request fabricated records or share passwords or access codes. Issuers are responsible for issuing and correcting records; lenders decide acceptance.

Cancellation, complaints and rights
